Have made cabbage rolls many times, but not in a Slo Cooker.Had fresh cabbage & made the same as always. After 4hrs on low,I could tell they were done.

The results were nasty.....over cooked gray cabbage & just an ugly looking dish.We tasted the filling....just to be sure the meat wasn't bad, but the filling was fine....tho very over cooked.

I usually stick with soups/chili/beans in Slo Cooker & will not use it to make CR again!

Have you ever had a SC disaster?
