Oh yes, been there done that. Made 4 panels for my son. I told him I wasn't great on measuring so he had to help. We lined up all the fabric on the floor, measured many times, they were all even, then I said to him, are you sure before we cut? Yes, absolutely. All had same hems and headers. One panel short!!! Now how in the world did that happen?? We still can't explain it!
