On top of the hill at the North bathrooms
If you take the cut across aisle just before the bathrooms and go into the "junk" booth on your right, there's a large tub with cone thread in it for $1 per cone. I bought 5 on Tuesday and wish I'd bought more. It's poly thread and the color choices aren't that great but . . . . it's a DOLLAR!!!!
