What a lovely theme to many new lap robes! I love it. Can't think why I didn't think of it before. How clever the folks on this forum are!!
For my woman's club I think that I'll make one like the game we played years ago. With pictures that show the name of the song.
For instance, one picture we had on the page was of a lion sleeping at night in the middle of a highway, with big trucks' lights far in the distance. Could be either "king of the Road" or "The Lion Sleeps Tonight."
For your own quilt, I'd say "It keeps you running"
I cheated, went to the Internet, even though I was a car hop as a girl, couldn't think of any hamburger songs even though for years that darn juke box never shut up. I think I must have served a whole herd of cattle to my customers. Still love hamburgers and chocolate milk shakes even now.
