When we changed to new POS software at work they had hours and hours of 'training' online that was NOT interactive and much of it narrated by a very monotone voice...only thing I found it good for was as a cure for insomnia! And if you email tech support they tell you to go to such and such training session...even if you specifically tell them that your question is not covered in the training!
