ebay is the only place that I was able to find one. There are 2 types, one is shorter (14 inches) the other longer (24?). You'll need the longer one. They cost $26.95 on ebay.

This is the one you need, you might want to run a 'search' on ebay and perhaps there's someone listing one cheaper.
