I live east of Seattle. Married, two married daughters, one in grad school and the other hoping to find a teaching job. I am lucky to have them still in the same state. Which is more then I can say for my mother, two of her 3 children moved from Michigan to Alaska and Washington.
I haven't quilted in more then 20 years and then wasn't very good at it. I hope to one day create as beautiful quilts as I have seen posted here. I don't plan on making bed quilts but table runners and wall hangings. I have several projects in the thinking stage. I am "collecting" fabric. I believe fabric needs to age before use. All the tools and tips available now, will certainly help in my goals. Now to just learn how to make the time.
