I doubt that it will be a problem. but you could "block" it if you want. you'd have to soak it and spin the water out, remove the quilt and then lay it out flat somewhere. if outside, lay a sheet down first. then measure across it and pull it to straighten. if you have a large ruler, use that in the corners.
usually you check corners before binding. next time!
