Here's a VERY easy, but good one!
Chicken and Rice Soup
2 cans cream of mushroom soup (I used reduced fat/sodium)
2 cans chicken broth (I used reduced sodium)
4 small cans boned chicken, drained
3 – 4 cups water
4 tsp. Butter or margarine
2 stalks finely diced celery**
1 small finely diced onion**
1 pint half & half (I used part low fat milk)
2 cups minute rice
Salt & pepper to taste.
Mix all together; heat and simmer for 30 minutes or cook in Crockpot until rice is tender.
** May substitute an equivalent amount of frozen Seasoning Blend
