http://www.cddesigns.com and it is the Current Project but it only shows the last 2 steps. It says the steps are only listed for 4 weeks. I thought I had all of the steps & templates but I also missed the Step 2 Template. Since it is a basic hexagon, you should be able to figure out the correct size by measuring the bottom of the triangles that attach to it minus the "dog ears".
