Here are the pictures of how I used the 60 degree ruler and/or the regular ruler to cut the triangles for my table topper. I hope they don't confuse anyone, if so just pm me and hopefully can unconfuse.
Thank you all again for the kind comments, and if you're making one hope you enjoy it, the possibilities are endless in how it can turn out.


After cutting each strip set you will have two colors types of triangles from each strip that you cut.

Then you flip the ruler over lining the 60 degree mark up this time with the bottom of the strip of fabric and make your next cut. Continue flipping and cutting to the end of each strip

You put your point at the edge of fabric and line up bottom edge so it is straight make the cut

Then you flip the ruler upside down and make the next cut

When using a regular ruler: You line the 60 degree marking up with the top of your fabric piece and make a cut for your first angle
