With the snap on foot, what you'd have to do is unscrew and remove the ankle (the screw above the foot shown in the first picture, and screw the walking foot on in the ankle's place. Have you checked out the Sears site? They have a quilting foot package that is very reasonably priced. It would probably tell you what models it fits.
They do have have good prices on the packages. It looks like it just depends on the way the bobbin fits into the machine as which to purchase.
