The inside corners are always perfect because the seams are anchored (sewn all the way from one edge to the next). Forget the horror stories and the old fashioned techniques.

Hi I am only getting to your message now as I was out of town all weekend and out of the office in outside meetings. I am only back in the office now and only a half hour of the work day to go.
I ended up spending Friday night sitting at the dining room table, with a glass of wine and cut out hexagons from old file folders in need of recycling. But thank you so much for your suggestion!!! I will take a look further in to your website in the next day or so!
