I have not thought to use it either and I have 6600P Janome. When I had the 8000. I used it for the applique and did not think to use it then either. Thank you for letting us be reminded.
Berta48 what is you Janome? My 8000 was not the best on embroidery either.
I have the smallest it is a Janome Memory Craft 9000.I had to use a hoop and a little thingy (I have forgotten what it is called I haven't used it for so long) anyway it was a setter I think.I had to line the fabric up with the X and it was a pain in my patooty!I LOVE my Janome 250 embroidery machine.Just wish I had purchased one with a bigger hoop.It has a 5x7.But I LOVE IT!
