Simple and good peach cobbler recipe:
1 c. Bisquick
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
1 egg
Mix all ingredients with mixer. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter in 9x13 inch pan. Pour batter in pan. Spoon 3 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches over batter and stir gently. Cook for 1 hour.
