Each block incorporates the colors of the block into the checkerboard. Together they all look so colorful together. I hesitated at that checkerboard pattern (the blocks are sewn together with a checkerboard sashing too). But I've really enjoyed doing it. I look forward to receiving the blocks each month. They actually send one about every three weeks.
