I wanted to try the tube quilt method, so I took the block I made and turned it into a placemat for my FIL. I also wanted to try the glue basting I saw on here so I also did that . This is a "WANTED TO TRY " piece of work. lol..It's not perfect but he will love it! ( He lives alone and has a small table so one is all 1 needed)
Well, and what a wonderful way to sample new ideas, and he gets the benefit too!! You could have him fixed up for all seasons! Helps improve the appetite of those living alone when it is cheery at the table. Good for you both!!
