I don't like turkey all that much but look forward to a hot turkey sandwich and picking on leftover veggies, rolls and desserts all weekend.
Day after Thanksgiving usually finds us at my cousin Toni's Turkey Soup and Sandwich Party, runs anytime from 4pm til 11pm. She holds one every year and at times there can be 60+ people in her house at the same time. Great way to catch up with my extended family. May in Jersey
