That is absurd. It should be the decision of the ADULTS who live there. I am appalled at how our elderly are often treated worse the older they get, instead of given the respect they deserve. If they want to have clean clothes and therefore CHOOSE to wear a cover-up during a meal, the government should not interfere with their right to make that choice.
