Re: Erica's
Oh, my gosh! So many choices, so little time...but I did spend quite a bit of time "surfing". I finally fell prey and ordered the O Tannenbaum quilt pattern. It's made up of BOM patterns with some lovely border and applique work.

It's a quilt pattern that really grabbed me. I have a big wall in the living room...and this quilt would be perfect in that spot...near the Christmas tree. I have always loved the old fashioned / antique Christmas items (I have an ornament that was on my Mother's first tree...and she's 84) and especially all items German.
One of these days, I'd love to go to Munich to the Kris Kringle Markt in December and just take it all in. I've been to Munich a few times, but always AFTER Oktoberfest and BEFORE Kris Kringle Markt.

Maybe the reason I have an affinity for "things German" is my husband's side of the house is all German...he's 4th generation, I believe. It was his great grandparents who immigrated to the US.

Anyway, if, and as, I get any of these blocks done, I'll post them...
