I lost 1.4 pounds! Yay! Total loss is now 4.8 pounds, not a lot but I have kept on track and lost for 3 consecutive weeks. I feel good about that. I have heard you need to do something 21 days to make it a habit so maybe my better eating will become easier as I go.
