I love it and have had no problems with it! (The 180E is with the embroidery unit and I knew I wouldn't use it). It is a true workhorse. I quilt (quite a bit) with lots and lots of free-motion quilting, make purses, and make garments. I clean my machine regularly to prevent all the stuff that builds up from sewing, especially in the bobbin area. You can't go wrong with this machine. Good luck...I know deciding on a sewing machine is very difficult. Connie in California
