I find that to be so sad. :( No offense to you but it sounds like he's a selfish jerk. My dh is not great about buying gifts on his own but he would never begrudge me buying them for myself. And whatever my hobby is, he's happy if it makes me happy. I wish your husband would care more about your feelings. Especially since you DO work so hard. I'm a sahm and homeschooler so I know how much work that is and on top of that, doing all those activities with your kids. You sound like a great mom and are not being treated as one.
