Even though we are on social security, one of the main reasons I work is to be able to do for others. When in a restaurant having dinner (not too often), if we see a serviceman, we ask the waitress for his meal ticket. That is our way of saying Thank you for what you are doing. Also, at work at WalMart, I always take a moment to acknowledge how thankful I am to a serviceman or officer for their dedication and service.
