This is a new ruler. I purchased one and really like it. It is called a 3 in 1 ruler, but it is actually 6 in 1. There is a short video if you want to see a demo. The best application is for fussy cutting - it actually cuts a clean corner. It can also center applique with "0" in the center and reads both right and left at 1,", 2", 3". You can also mark the 1/4" for the "Y" seam.
