I won it as a door prize at a quilt retreat that I went to. I have to say I was a little disappointed. You can't look up blocks by name. It just displays one block after another, none of them are named.
Your options are: 1 block quilt patterns, 2 block quilt patterns, different combinations of fabric (red,green,yellow - blue,red,tan - reds - blues - greens.) Size options: # of blocks per row, # of rows, block size, border width.
When you want to print the pattern, it does give you fabric requirements and cutting / piecing instructions.
I wish you could try this out before you paid for it ... it sounds a lot better on paper than it actually is.
