I also love blue and white together but used many different types of blue and shades to get it sorted as I found it could look a little flat. Every quilt seems to provide it's own learning and I am yet to achieve a quilt without that. Feel happy with your work.
Thanks, Maria, I was not happy with the one I did the quilting on. I think partly it was because I had not made anything for a few years and forgot all the little tricks that I used to know about quilting, but everyone helped me out and I got it done and gave it to someone for a birthday present who really loved it.
