I'm usually up to stay about 6:30 AM; the dogs are usually up earlier but we go back to bed. It's just me and the dogs so I poke around, have my tea and breakfast and then start in on whatever the day presents me with. I check on here throughout the day when I rest my back. Today I wanted to work on Christmas gifts, but I have to get my yard in order; the pavers are coming Monday to do my driveway and 4 others on our quiet lane. So I have to move pots around, rain barrels, etc. and make space for parking the truck in the yard all next week. Tomorrow is my son's birthday (49) so I will make him his favorite cake, a german chocolate with coconut pecan frosting.
