Just finished up a Snow Man Panel, I added blocks around the panel instead of cutting up the panel. I used a chenille for the back, very nice, but you can not free motion, only straight stitch because of the stretch. It turned out well, but I have figured out something that I do enjoy free motion, especially when I know I can not use it on a quilt. Never thought I would say that one.
