I'm so glad to see this discussed. I have psoriasis, or exzema, my Doctor hasn't made up his mind. Anyway, a friend gave me some psoriasin which has coal tar in it. It works real fast to clear up the cracks. I'll try some of these creams too. Thanks for bringing this up.
