hubby and I had a discussion of chickens yesterday. I really want some. we have the room- 34 acres. I found a place that has coops. And this has been so informational. I really want chickens.
Right now I buy eggs from a couple at church. we get our milk from a nearby dairy, so a cow is just not on the radar right now.
guess I have a new topic for dinner conversation tonight. After I put away the 5 qts., 4 pints and 2 half pints of peppers and onions and 2 qts. of apple pie filling we canned yesterday.
I might have some tomatoes ready to can tonight. need to check.
But chickens- yes, I need to talk to spouse about this.
