I layered the front and the batting with basting spray, then sewed the backing fabric to it, right sides together, leaving a "hole" for turning, then clipped the curves (that took awhile!) and turned the whole thing right side out. Then I topstiched around the edge and did just a little curvy quilting to hold it all in place.
