I make glazed sweet potatoes. Slice canned potatoes into melted butter/margarine in fry pan, add brown sugar, heat and stir till potatoes are warm/hot. Of course I don't have any amounts and just 'dump'. Start with a couple tablespoons of margarine/butter (I use 'can't believe it's not butter'), add 1/2 cup brown sugar--you want it like a thick syrup, not runny then add your potatoes.

Also, our Thanksgiving sweet potatoes had marshmallows--you mixed everything together then put the marshmallows on top. And yes they are yummy this way too!
