There is actually no curved seams. There is an extra piece of fabric sewn into the seam that after it is put together the extra piece is folded back on the bias then stitched down. That is part of what will make quilting this so interesting.

I tried to take a close up so you can see the stitching.

The LQS has asked if I would put it in the Dallas quilt show. I'm a little skeptical. I've never done anything like that. We'll see what it looks like after I get done quilting.

Thank you for the info!! I have a pattern that uses that same technique!! I am going to get it out and DO IT!! Wow!! To make a whole quilt!! That is AWESOME! TFS
