No you don't but someone does. Get on the scale and don't look have someone in your house look for you and have them write it down. At the end of the month do the same thing. Now since they will have to bend down to see the scale if it is a loss yyyiiiipppppeeeeeeee if it is a gain smack that person in the head.
I don't trust my DH that much... he's been known to step on the scale to make it weigh more :evil:
