I had the same problem and found that my bobbin was wound too loose. If I go too fast when winding the bobbin it doesn't wind tight and then I get the loose thread underneath.
It's hard to tell when the bobbin isn't wound tight so try pulling on the tread and you'll be able to tell if it's wound right.
