I found this board from a google search and am so glad I did. I have been a lurker for a few days and decided I better register and introduce myself. Everyone here seems to be so helpful and nice I just had to join in.
I am married, 32 yrs have 2 grown sons who have finally left home and have their own homes, I wish they would marry tho !!
I have just recently been downsized from my job and have no prospects of a new one yet, so I am home to do some things that I have wanted to do for quite some time.
I knew 2 months in advance I was going to lose my job, I knew I wanted to get some quilting/sewing done so I lined up quite a few projects and bought my supplies.
I have gotten lots of ideas and tips from here the last few days and am already thinking about my next projects to start.
