I had purchased a new brother machine at big chain store, tried to use my bobbin winder on the bobbins--no way,(they were way over full for the machine). Brother uses a less is more approach I think? Just letting you know....

between my dds and myself we have 4 Brother machines(UTL down to a PRW4000) have had no trouble with the bobbin winder, the machines take two different style bobbins also
