Thank you all for your info. The one I have is 6 feet long but looks like it is about 2.5 feet long. It is all gathered up. I know it is made from a tube that is 5 inches wide by 72 inches long, then folded in half width ways, sewed, turned and then dried some how all bunched up to make it look gathered or scrunched.
