I just finished this quilt yesterday. Made from last years Bali Pops and the pattern is from one of the Strip Therapy books. Can you tell I bought the fabric in the fall? i was making this for a dear friend as a surprise when I took the top to my d-i-l's house to show her. I quickly realized it matched her living room decor perfectly. My quilt found an alternate home with my son and his family and will be much loved. I'll make my friend one that is more neutral. A win/win all the way around. My son's family got a quilt that matches perfectly and I get to go buy more fabric and try again. I'm new to FMQ so i practiced writing my son's family's names on this one.
