I am sorry that I don't know the name of the other shop, but Franklin is well known for it's wonderful tribute to quilting fabric. Many people visit these shops from towns hours away. Hope you get to enjoy them. There is also the Quilter's Attic, in Goodlettsville (about an hour away from where you will be)--a small, but great shop.
I have been to this shop... there is so much fabric, and she does not put anything on sale, ever, she told me.. however, if there is something that is out of print (books) or fabric that you cant find.. it is very likely she will have it.. just ask her, she has everything on her computer...it is a fun place to visit
