Don't let it scare you! Have you PP before? It really isn't difficult at all. The instructions can be overwhelming if your new to her patterns, but I would cut out all the PP patterns and get them ready to go. If you look at the actual PP patterns you'll be sewing with, it's not complicated. Let me know if I can help in any way.
Have you picked out your fabric yet? Judy Neimeyers website (Quiltworx) has customer quilts posted for each of her patterns if you want to get different ideas for fabrics/color schemes.
