It is really easy to put down. I did mine myself (my studio is 17'X28" as I have a long arm and my office). I even used one of quilting rules to cut the tiles with a utility knife. It look a couple of days as I had to move things to one end and back again. I also had to wait to have my husband help me move the big stuff (14' long arm and cabinets left over from his business). Anyway this product comes in 6" X 36" strips and overlaps kind of like laminate. It has a 25 year warranty and comes in 3 colors. My handyman said "Oh, you went with wood in here."
I also put my own linoleum down in the sewing room. I also put my back out and had to call my friend for help. She died sadly last year of ovarian cancer, she is sorely missed.
