I am not sure it does mean that, i wish I could show you but I cannot load pictures yet, I think it means putting two pieces right side together, sewing the seam and then flipping one over so you now have two right sides, it is used for grandmothers fan,log cabin. One of the others will for sure be able to explain better than me, and maybe show a picture.
