I was considering making my mother a quilt using the fabrics from the time she was born. She was born in 1927, in upper Michigan to Finnish parents. I would love to use fabric from the 20's and then work other aspects of her childhood into the quilt. Does anyone have any suggestions regarding the fabrics from the 20's? I find alot from the 30's, but just wondered if there was anything specific from the 20's.
