I purchased this 60" tree skirt panel last year after Christmas, and was intending to cut it out and put it together, and add some embellishments like ribbons, beads, and small jingle bells to it. But then I realized if I don't cut it out, I can put it on my longarm machine and quilt it first to a backing, and then cut it out and add binding, and then embellish it! Something to think about if you need a tree skirt in a hurry! If you don't have a longarm, take it to your nearest longarm quilter before you cut anything.
