Congratulations on quitting smoking!! I have smoked all my life. I tried to quit cold turkey -- longest 5 minutes of my life. Anyway, my doctor gave me an Rx to help me get through it. I'm to take this medicine at least a week before my "quit date." Next Saturday is the day!! I'm so scared that I won't be able to do it. But it helps so much to know that others can and are and so maybe I can, too :-) Keep up the good work!
