you guys are the best. i stopped smoking abuot 20 years ago and it was one of the best things i ever did for myself.
be gentle with yourselves and remember if you want a ciggy really bad just skip that one and worry about the next one later. i "skipped the next one" for about 6 months before i decided that i had finally quit.
i also asked god to make me willing to quit even if i didn't really want to. he did and here i am 20 years later. so hang in there all of you former smokers.
