Oh ok...Well that is called "bearding" when the quilter quilts the quilt and the batting pokes through the holes creating the fuzz...it washes away and you won't see it again ..but you can use black batting ..it is still there you just don't see it as much. All of the brands of batting do that... it is not specific to a brand or type. Warm and White is a good brand of batting. If you don't want to wash it then you may try just tumbling it in the dryer and then hitting it with a lint brush..it should come off.
