Google: Quilting Magazines, and you'll really find a treasure. I still watch everywhere I go for magazines, so many out there. I subscribed for 2 yrs to a dozen mags, and I tear the patterns I love out (and quilt tip pages), and put in a vinyl sleeve in 3-ring binders, now I have 14 binders full. Stopped the mags for now, I just watch when I see in a store and pick up something that catches my eye.
I have so many patterns now, I'd never get half of them made, but they are fun to look at. Doing the binder thing also works for free online quilt patterns, again, just google free quilt patterns, or any specific pattern block and you'll get another treasure. I also put my binders now in catagories, Christmas, Wall, Baby, Table runners, etc.
